Project Details
The EDGE, a $74 million development built by local labor, creating over 200 construction jobs, 100 permanent jobs once fully operational, and regional economic growth, will provide a significant boost to the local economy in and around Boonville. Construction and renovation of the land is scheduled to begin 3rd Q 2024 and will continue in phases until the scheduled completion in 2026.
Hotel

Strategically positioned on the lakes, our 140 key hotel, will offer a wide range of accommodation types, from rooms to suites. All this in the peaceful surroundings, will make your time at The EDGE unforgettable.
Event Center
The EDGE Event Center is poised to be the largest open format facility in the region boasting 75,000 square feet. The multi-use facility will host a variety of events ranging from performing arts, concerts, productions, conventions, tradeshows, meetings and more. The halls will be divided using air-walls to conveniently condense the space to accommodate small events. The Event Center, state-of -the-art facility, will provide utilities in ground electricity, water and drainage, compressed air, and fiber connections.
Entertainment District
The district will take fun to a whole new level for your family with a bowling alley, mini golf, batting cages, air soft range, axe throwing, indoor go karting, and more.
Outdoor Entertainment
A picturesque pavilion surrounded by beautifully landscaped trails and groomed lawns will provide the perfect atmosphere for our state of the art amphitheater, sensory filled playground ,and water features.
Community
The EDGE will provide a separate area for 20 condominiums for 65 and over residents, and 15 condominiums for disabled Veterans. It will also provide a state-of-the-art fire training center for area fire fighters.
Added Features
Novelty restaurants and retail shops will adorn the serpentine brick shopping area that will provide added value to your shopping experience. Outdoor seating by the lakes will provide the perfect ambiance for that perfect evening.

All custom homes are exclusively designed by President and CEO Tony Boyatt. Tony initially studied design under the direction of his father Wayne Boyatt, a prominent designer in Southwest Florida from 1963 until his passing in 2004. The predominant Mediterranean style architecture in and around Naples, Florida is largely due to the influence of Wayne Boyatt's designs. Tony worked independently as a designer for many years and in 1996, he created Boyatt Design Corp. for creating custom home plans that he was commissioned to produce.
